Marketing Manager Luxury Guest Farm Franschhoek
Salary: R30000 R50000 per month Negotiable DOE Live Out

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Marketing Manager to join a prestigious luxury guest farm in the Franschhoek region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creation and execution of brand expression working closely with the leadership team to bring the brand s vision to life across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of brand-specific visual assets across print digital packaging signage and spatial environments.

  • Collaborate with founders creative directors and consultant teams to evolve and express a cohesive visual identity.

  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic thinking to adapt ideas while ensuring precision practicality and coherence.

  • Oversee multiple creative projects across departments managing timelines priorities and brand intention.

  • Embrace co-creation and constructive feedback to refine concepts supporting the growth of a clear and soulful brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and brand design preferably within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector.

  • Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into effective and aesthetically compelling outcomes.

  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving creative directions.
