Job Summary
Petite Amlie is a fast-growing international brand that has captured the hearts of expectant and young parents across Europe. We design and produce beautiful wooden toys furniture and accessories for baby childrens and teen rooms.
With multiple online stores and three concept stores in France Germany and the Netherlands we are now looking for a Merchandise Manager to help us optimise our supply chain stock and order management while contributing to our continued growth.
Tasks
As Merchandise Manager you will ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. You translate strategy into actionable plans and insights supporting the business in achieving optimal sales and margin performance. Your responsibilities include:
- Assortment analysis planning and budgeting per product category
- Creating annual and seasonal forecasts based on strategic plans and historical data
- In-season forecasting for stock levels based on sales developments
- Advising on order levels timing of deliveries and creating order sheets
- Weekly Monthly and Quarterly reporting and analysis of set KPIs like margins stock rotation and sales
- Identifying opportunities for new product categories in collaboration with our Product Managers
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and analytical team player with a strong commercial mindset. You:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Hold a Bachelors degree (minimum HBO level)
- Are an Excel expert; experience with SLIM4 is a plus
- Have strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insights
- Are creative with a strong business drive
- Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
