Job Summary

Location: Cumberland Cumbria (including surrounding areas)

Salary: 12.50 23.31 per hour (variable and negotiable based on experience and job role)

Tasks

Oversee the day-to-day running of the service

Ensure compliance with all care regulations and standards

Lead manage and support care staff

Liaise with families healthcare professionals and stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in adult social care

Must hold a Level 5 NVQ/Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care

Strong leadership and communication skills

In-depth understanding of CQC standards and regulations
