Financial Manager Luxury Restaurant Group Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Financial Manager to join a prestigious luxury restaurant group in Cape Town. This role will oversee the financial management of a boutique food and beverage consultancy working with over 50 clients delivering strategic business insights and financial leadership.
Package:
Salary: R35000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
Live-out position
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete finance function for a multi-faceted consultancy with offices in Cape Town and Dubai
Prepare and oversee detailed business plans project costings and business forecasting
Monitor and manage budgets cash flow and financial performance across multiple projects and clients
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and statutory requirements
Provide financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making
Liaise with clients and internal teams to optimise profitability and operational efficiency
Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial systems
Requirements:
Relevant financial qualification (BCom Accounting Finance or equivalent)
Proven experience in a Financial Manager role preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry
Strong background in business planning forecasting and project costing
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance
Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office especially Excel
Exceptional organisational analytical and problem-solving skills
