Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
Compensation: $1500 $2000/month (based on experience)
Territory Focus: United States with an emphasis on Midwestern states
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Outbound Caller to support a growing dental lab in expanding its presence across dental practices in the United States. This is a full-time phone-based sales role ideal for someone with a confident presence strong communication skills and the discipline to manage and follow up with a high volume of outbound leads.
The role is remote and requires consistent availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
Place 40 50 outbound calls per day to dental offices across the U.S.
Engage front-desk staff and secure introductions to decision-makers (typically the dentist)
Communicate the value proposition of the dental lab including competitive pricing excellent quality low remake rates and scanner compatibility
Record call activity contact information and prospect notes in Excel or Google Sheets
Follow up with interested practices via phone and email
Coordinate the sending of onboarding materials such as starter boxes prescription slips and assist with intraoral scanner integration as needed
Adapt and refine messaging based on feedback from conversations
Collaborate with team leadership to share insights and improve outreach strategy
Must-Have Qualifications:
Excellent spoken English with a professional persuasive phone presence
(South African accent preferred)
Previous experience in outbound calling phone-based sales or customer outreach
Confident goal-oriented and comfortable handling objections
Highly organized and detail-oriented with basic spreadsheet proficiency
Self-motivated able to work independently and strategic in approach
Comfortable working full-time 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with outbound calling tools such as OpenPhone SalesMessage or similar
Experience in marketing outreach via email or LinkedIn
Background in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
Excel or Google Sheets for prospect tracking
Google Voice or VOIP calling software (provided)
CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
