Job Description
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure checks of all Purchase Orders prior to onboarding activities.
- Create new organograms and manage the organograms on Electronic Manning Board (EMB) system
- Assist in checking all contractor engagement packs before engagements of contractors on Navigator.
- Assist with contractor engagements on the Navigator system as and when required.
- Conduct bookings of medicals (entry periodic and exit) and training (new and periodic)
- communicating with suppliers sending out medical fitness certificates to suppliers checking relevant training for specific roles.
- Investigating queries on medicals and refreshing profiles.
- Uploading/capturing training documents on Success Factors -Learning Management System and/or any relevant system (all training First Aids Inductions ORM etc.)
- Assist with enrolment of all contractors on iTime Arranging access for all contractors
- Investigate and attend to access issue for contractors
- Issuing permits for contractors experiencing site access blocks
- Capturing contractor weekend overtime on the SAP system
- Attend walk-ins contractors with queries.
- Creating secondary profiles on iTime for contractors who need multiple site access.
- Attend to general onboarding queries
- Draw SAP reports clocking reports in service reports access reports engagement reports
- Assist with the creation and printing of license cards.
- Conduct SAP record clean ups
- Conduct terminations on the Navigator system when required.
Qualifications :
Grade 12
HR qualification or related will be advantageous
Experience:
Minimum 1- 3 year experience in SAP HR Systems
Experience in contractor management/onboarding would be advantageous
Technical Knowledge and Skills
Computer literate for role including SAP HR Microsoft (Outlook Excel Word) PowerPoint
Analytical and Numerical Skills
Pre-Requisite
Medical certificate of fitness
Psychometric Assessment
