Job Summary
Finance Administrator
Location: Exeter (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: up to 26000 benefits
Trinity Fire & Security part of PTSG is looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to join our friendly finance team. This role replaces a colleague whos just been promoted internally proof that progression here is real.
Youll play an important part in helping us keep things running smoothly by ensuring our customers are invoiced accurately and on time.
What youll be doing:
Entering data onto both internal systems and customer online portals
Running reports transferring data between systems and creating costings
Supporting two major customer accounts with occasional help to other colleagues
Working with well-established processes and receiving full handover training
What were looking for:
A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good general IT and data-entry skills
Someone who enjoys routine tasks but also likes being part of a supportive team
