Job context
Reporting to the Sub BU VET Pharma the Technical Manager ensures the successful delivery of technical projects and strategies that support business growth. Key responsibilities include leading and developing technical teams ensuring high-quality and compliant technical work and providing expert solutions in poultry (and preferably swine) production.
What youll do (missions)
Main missions:
- Overseeing the planning execution and completion of technical projects ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget
- Managing and developing technical teams including hiring training and performance evaluations
- Developing and implementing technical strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Allocating resources effectively and ensuring efficient use of technical personnel and equipment
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of technical work produced by the team including product reviews and adherence to standards
Secondary missions:
- Acting as a liaison between technical teams and other departments translating technical information into business terms
- Identifying and resolving technical issues troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions
- Developing and managing budgets for technical projects and initiatives
- Ensuring that technical work complies with industry standards and regulations.
What you bring (hard skills soft skills level of education experience )
Educational Background of Vet or animal husbandry as a must
Working experiences on Poultry is a must and cum with Swine as much more referable
Strong technical expertise in animal husbandry fields (both poultry and swine to be referred or at least in poultry)
Driving licence
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Project management experience
Ability to align technical solutions with business goals
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good at English & Vietnamese
Job localization home office (if existent) travels
At Ho Chi Minh City (Binh Duong province) Vietnam & more business travel as requirements

- An initial telephone interview with Ms. Thuy our Recruiter: an opportunity to give you a brief introduction to the position and gather initial information about your profile.
- An interview (in person or by videoconference) with Sub BU (Ms. Giang) & HRBP( Ms. Tram): you can talk in detail about your experience and what youre looking for in your future position.
- Soft skill test via AssessFirst.
- A final interview (in person or by videoconference) with Head of BU (Mr. Thanh) to talk about what motivates you at work and to go deeper into your soft skills (based on your tests results).
- A phone call a week after your last interview.
