Job description:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with global headquarters and local leadership to define the territory s growth strategy and strengthen the company s brand presence.
Business Development: Identify evaluate and present new growth opportunities and initiatives.
Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end user management including acquisition onboarding engagement support and lifecycle retention.
Partnerships & Execution: Work with internal and external partners to implement growth strategies and drive key initiatives such as promotions competitions and community-building activities.
Global Collaboration: Lead selected global initiatives and establish best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across regions.
Bachelor s degree from a recognized university.
At least 5 years of experience in business strategy marketing or operations with a proven track record of scaling B2C businesses or online communities.
Product growth experience with measurable impact on onboarding conversion retention or engagement.
Background in quantitative data-driven or finance-related industries is a plus.
Independent proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and geographies.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
