Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Analyst to join our growing Insights Digital and Analytics this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital metrics across all platforms defining and managing data feeds and delivering actionable performance reporting. Your insights will directly influence our digital advertising and marketing strategies helping us optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Metrics Development: Design and implement KPIs and performance metrics across web mobile social and paid media platforms.
Data Feed Management: Define validate and maintain data feeds from various digital sources (e.g. Google Analytics social media platforms ad servers CRM systems).
Performance Reporting: Build and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign performance user behavior and ROI.
Cross-Platform Analysis: Analyze data across multiple digital channels to identify trends opportunities and areas for optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing media and product teams to translate business goals into measurable digital strategies.
Tool Utilization: Leverage tools such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics Google Tag Manager Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
Qualifications
Experience: 35 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within digital advertising or digital marketing environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. GA4 Adobe Analytics) tag management systems and data visualization platforms.
Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Analytics Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
Knowledge of digital media buying platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta Ads Manager).
