We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for organizing and managing events from conception through completion ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and creativity. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills a passion for event planning and the ability to work under pressure while delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and execute events from start to finish.
Manage event timelines budgets and vendor relationships.
Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives and expectations.
Oversee event logistics including venue setup catering audio/visual arrangements and transportation.
Ensure compliance with all health safety and legal requirements.
Troubleshoot on-site issues to ensure smooth event execution.
Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in event coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
