Job Description

Were looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with a strong background in large chiller systems to join our team. The ideal candidate shall have experience in the maintenance diagnosis repair and installation of various HVAC equipment with a particular focus on chillers.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with large commercial and industrial chillers (e.g. centrifugal screw and reciprocating chillers).

Strong knowledge of BAS.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent and 1 year of technical/clerical experience including customer service; or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. Must have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with the general public while discussing, explaining, and interpreting departmental policies. Demonstrated computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
