Account Executive Full-Time Remote U.S. Only

Join Balto as an Account Executive and play a critical role in scaling our AI-powered sales revolution!

About the Role

Balto a pioneering tech startup delivering AI-driven tools for large sales and customer service teams is looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to accelerate growth and lead complex this senior role you will own high-value strategic accounts drive revenue expansion mentor junior team members and serve as a key partner to leadership. This remote role can be completed from anywhere in the United States but eligibility to work in the US is addition occasional travel for and participation in full-company in-person all-hands events up to 4 times a year is mandatory.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a high-performing sales leader with proven success in complex B2B sales preferably SaaS who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. You are motivated by exceeding aggressive targets and passionate about leveraging AI technology to solve real customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for strategic and enterprise accounts from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing
  • Deliver persuasive tailored product demos and presentations that clearly communicate Baltos AI-powered value proposition
  • Develop and deepen executive-level relationships to identify and align solutions with business objectives
  • Lead deal strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Customer Success and Product to maximize account growth
  • Consistently achieve or exceed ambitious revenue goals and drive pipeline velocity
  • Track analyze and report sales metrics and market feedback to inform leadership decisions and go-to-market strategies

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in quota-carrying roles with a strong track record in SaaS or technology sales
  • Youre great at outbound prospecting and managing full sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex high-value deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach
  • You have a strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to position AI solutions effectively
  • You thrive in uncertainty think fast and love solving problems.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
