Job Description
This is a remote position.
Department: Customer Service
FXBC Mid North Coast is a leading provider of innovative business technology solutions specializing in photocopiers phone systems advertising screens Interactive screens and office automation.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers and users
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software programs
- Customer-focused mindset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or chat support
- Experience with email and chat support preferred
