Community Leadership Academy is seeking passionate Preschool Co-Teachers to join our Pre-K program. Our Pre-K classes ensure every child has a nurturing creative and developmentally appropriate foundation for success in kindergarten and beyond.
Compensation & Benefits
- $56000.00$64600.00 based on education and experience

Your Day-to-Day
As our Preschool Co-Teacher youll:
- Provide daily guidance education and support to Pre-K students
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons that foster phonological awareness early literacy and social-emotional growth
- Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with CDHS regulations and Colorado Shines accreditation standards
- Implement Teaching Strategies GOLD and contribute to UPK program growth
- Support staff training and professional development

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- ECE Teacher qualification (CDE requirement) or CDA AA in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or CCP
- Current (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) CPR First Aid and Universal Precautions certification
- Knowledge of Core Knowledge Preschool Sequence and/or Spalding phonics (preferred)
- Strong organizational and planning skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
