Job Summary
The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving sales operations across the entire country managing a team of 15 50 staff and ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved. The role requires a seasoned leader with at least 5 years of managerial experience exceptional strategic thinking strong leadership and analytical skills to maximize revenue growth enhance customer relationships and ensure optimal team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive National Sales
- Lead sales efforts across all regions of the country to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand business reach.
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution
- Design implement and oversee effective sales strategies aligned with the company s objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust sales plans based on market performance and trends.
Team Management
- Lead mentor and motivate a sales team of 15 50 members to deliver high performance.
- Set clear performance goals provide regular feedback and oversee training and development.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders.
- Resolve escalated client issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales performance against targets preparing detailed monthly and quarterly reports.
- Use data-driven insights to improve sales processes and outcomes.
Leadership & Analytical Skills
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills effective problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic market.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field (Master s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial sales role managing 15 50 staff.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel across the country as required.
