Job Summary

Responsibilities;

Assist in planning implementing and maintaining GPS tracking and fleet management systems for clients.
Oversee installation configuration and calibration of GPS tracking devices and sensors.
Support software and hardware troubleshooting for client systems and internal operations.
Monitor the performance of GPS tracking platforms and resolve technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with the R&D or software team for system upgrades firmware updates and feature enhancements.

Supervise field technicians and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Conduct technical training sessions for technicians and customer support teams.
Review installation reports and provide feedback or corrective action where necessary.

Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Assist in project planning scheduling and execution to ensure timely delivery.
Support customer service teams in addressing escalated technical issues.
Prepare and present technical reports performance metrics and system improvement proposals.

Ensure all GPS tracking installations meet safety quality and regulatory standards.
Maintain documentation for technical processes configurations and client deployments.
Participate in audits and implement corrective measures where required.

Requirements

Qualifications;

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Auto Electrical Automobile engineering or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in GPS tracking telematics or fleet management solutions.
Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems data analytics tools and cloud based monitoring solutions.
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools firmware flashing and device configuration.

Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and client-handling capabilities.
Time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
