About the Role
Were looking for an Operate/Support Lead to join a critical project in Lisbon delivering comprehensive support and enhancement services for local business applications. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage incident response change management and continuous improvement initiatives while guiding a technical team in a high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Incident Management Service Requests Change Management Problem Resolution and Preventive/Corrective actions
- Allocate tasks and provide technical/process guidance to the Operate team
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve application issues and manage SLA/KPI performance
- Ensure clear timely communication with business users Country IT and Shared Country Leads
- Collaborate on major outage assessments and contribute application-specific insights
- Identify and implement service improvement opportunities
- Manage and present weekly/monthly service review reports for internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder management skills:
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English
Strong experience SQL Server SSIS and ETL processes
Solid background in ITIL-based operations and process implementation
Proven ability to manage teams lead reporting and coordinate with third-party vendors
Experience in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning
Strong skills in Risk Management escalation handling and customer communication

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and Operate/Support Lead to join a dynamic team supporting critical applications within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role involves both technical leadership and team coordination with direct interaction with business users and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
