Your contribution to something big:
As an HR IT Support Specialist in our 2nd level support team you will be the backbone of our SuccessFactors Employee Central operations. Your mission: keep systems running seamlessly resolve complex issues and ensure data flows across global HR platforms. You will:
- Perform 2nd level support activities in SuccessFactors collaborating closely with IT and local HR system teams;
- Analyze and resolve incidents efficiently ensuring a customer-focused approach;
- Maintain an overview of system connections and data flows;
- Support testing for system changes enhancements and releases to guarantee functionality and quality.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in HR or IT related field or comparable qualification.
- Experience: 12 years in IT support or similar roles; hands-on experience with SuccessFactors ideally Employee Central.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of SuccessFactors and HR system landscapes.
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory) German is a plus.
- Personality: Analytical structured and customer-oriented. Also Interculturally competent quick learner adaptable and solution-driven.
