Job Summary
You are a payroll professional with knowledge of Spanish payroll and a passion for international operations At SIXT we are looking for a Payroll Support Coordinator (m/f/d) to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across several countries mainly this role you will act as a key partner for our HR Finance and external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations compliance and continuous improvement. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries with main focus on Spanish Payroll
- You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems providers and internal processes
- You collaborate closely with HR Finance and third-party providers to resolve payroll issues
- You prepare and validate reports audits and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulations
- You identify process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operations
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You bring 1 years of experience in international payroll with strong expertise in Spanish payroll processes and legislation
- Education You hold a degree in Finance Accounting Human Resources or a related field
- Technical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g. ADP Workday)
- Language You are fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken
