What youll actually do:
Build and evolve a modern automation testing factory (yes from scratch)
Define and drive the automation strategy
Own the architecture design maintain improve
Select the righttools and integrate them smoothly
Set and promote bestpractices across the team
Track progress manage workflows and applyautomation where it makes sense
Lead migrationfrom legacy systems and ensure smart coexistence
Manage clientsand functional domains mapping out technical debt and recovery plans
What you bring to the table:
7 years of realautomation engineering experience
Strong hands-on skills with Python and Robot Framework
Deep knowledge of automation tools patterns and what works in real-worldenvironments
The ability to work across multiple projects without losing focus
Great communicator team player problem-solver
English (B2). French Nice bonus.
Location:Fundo (2x/week in the office)
