Job Description
Job Title: IT Test Automation Lead (with AI Experience) Company: J. Goldman & Associates LLC (JGA) Job Type: Contract (1099 / C2C only) Location: Duluth GA (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
About JGA: JGA is a supply chain system integrator and professional services firm specializing in Manhattan Associates Korber and Blue Yonder platforms. We are expanding our AI-driven testing and automation capabilities to support high-growth complex enterprise projects.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead with extensive experience in test automation frameworks API/UI automation and agile environments. This role requires strong technical expertise hands-on framework development experience and the ability to provide both testing leadership and technology consulting to project teams.
You will play a critical role by:

Serving as the Testing Specialist for assigned projects.

Leading automation initiatives and ensuring best practices are followed.

Providing technology consulting to customers and internal teams.

Driving high-quality deliverables through end-to-end testing.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
-
812 years of experience in Automation Testing (Selenium Core Java & API).
-
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Playwright/TestCafe/Cypress/TypeScript.
-
Proven experience developing 23 automation frameworks independently.

5 years hands-on experience in API & UI automation using Selenium Java TestNG Rest Assured.

Working knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber JBehave Maven).

Expert-level hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

Familiarity with tools like Jenkins (CI/CD) and Jira (test/defect management).

Strong proficiency in SQL for validation and backend testing.

Proven track record of delivering end-to-end testing projects.

Comprehensive expertise across all testing stages: requirements analysis test planning scenario design execution and defect management.

In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks and their implementation.

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have

Prior experience mentoring junior QA engineers.

Exposure to performance and security testing tools.

Experience in cross-browser and mobile test automation.
