Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead with extensive experience in test automation frameworks API/UI automation and agile environments. This role requires strong technical expertise hands-on framework development experience and the ability to provide both testing leadership and technology consulting to project teams.

You will play a critical role by:

• Serving as the Testing Specialist for assigned projects.

• Leading automation initiatives and ensuring best practices are followed.

• Providing technology consulting to customers and internal teams.

• Driving high-quality deliverables through end-to-end testing.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 812 years of experience in Automation Testing (Selenium Core Java & API).

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Playwright/TestCafe/Cypress/TypeScript.

• Proven experience developing 23 automation frameworks independently.

• 5 years hands-on experience in API & UI automation using Selenium Java TestNG Rest Assured.

• Working knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber JBehave Maven).

• Expert-level hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins (CI/CD) and Jira (test/defect management).

• Strong proficiency in SQL for validation and backend testing.

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end testing projects.

• Comprehensive expertise across all testing stages: requirements analysis test planning scenario design execution and defect management.

• In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks and their implementation.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience mentoring junior QA engineers.

• Exposure to performance and security testing tools.

• Experience in cross-browser and mobile test automation.
