Job Description

Test & Automation Team Lead required to join a growing quantum computing company. You will lead and grow the Test & Automation team developing scalable EOL and HIL testing frameworks and production automation solutions. This role is ideal for a software engineer with leadership experience expertise in test strategy and a strong affinity for hardware integration

Responsibilities

Lead mentor and coordinate the daily work of test development engineers.
Set clear expectations assign tasks and apply metrics to prioritize resources and workflow.
Conduct regular evaluations provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for training and professional growth.
Drive infrastructure and process enhancements to optimize efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with other teams and departments communicate project updates to senior leadership and represent the team internally (and occasionally externally).
Develop comprehensive test strategies for EOL and HIL setups ensuring robust scalable and reliable automation frameworks.
Stay up to date with trends and advancements in test engineering and automation to enhance team capabilities.

Your Profile

Proven team lead experience in a software engineering environment.
Strong background in software development (C/C Python preferred).
Expertise in defining and implementing test strategies for hardware and software systems.
Strong affinity and understanding of hardware systems and their integration with software.
Excellent communication collaboration and mentoring skills.
Ability to foster a collaborative inclusive and high-performance team culture.
