Job Description

Purpose:
To provide support in day-to-day People Services activities including employee records
management query handling payroll assistance compliance documentation and process
execution. The role will help the intern gain hands-on exposure to HR operations and people
processes within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
Support activities including attendance and leave tracking.
Help manage employee queries related to HR policies benefits and services.
Provide support in documentation for compliance audits and reporting.
Assist in drafting and updating HR letters memos and communication templates.
Coordinate with employees for submission of forms documents and
onboarding/offboarding requirements.
Participate in People Services projects process improvements and automation
initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in progress or recently completed in Human Resources Business
Administration or related field.
Prior internship or coursework in HR will be a plus but not mandatory.

Internship stipend PKR 30000
Internship period: 3 months.
