We are seeking a Recruitment & People Operations Manager who will serve as both a strategic recruiter and a dedicated people leader. This individual will be responsible for building seamless recruitment processes maintaining strong candidate engagement and ensuring our internal team is supported and empowered to thrive. this role is the vital link between excellent talent satisfied clients and motivated high-performing internal team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for Talentpoel hires as well as clients.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple industries.
Develop clear structured recruitment processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both internal and external use.
Ensure candidates remain engaged and supported throughout the recruitment journey.
Partner with leadership to anticipate and meet evolving hiring needs.
Oversee core people operations within Talentpoel - including onboarding/onboardingemployee engagement and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with CRM and operations tools such as Notion Slack and recruitment platforms (e.g zoho recruit LinkedIn recruiter greenhouse workable).
Experience in HR operations (onboarding performance management employee engagement).
Ability to analyse recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in Nigeria (and broader African marketers is a plus).
Strong facilitation skills in training workshops or team-building sessions.
Experience managing employer branding or talent marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced high-growth environments.

Probation Period: 6 months
