- Drive new player acquisition through strategic engagement & lead generation
- Manage and grow relationship with existing players to enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
- Support or lead negotiations with VIP players regarding offers and exclusive arrangements.
- Oversee the execution of services and high impact events tailored to the needs of premium guests.
- Generate and analyze departmental performance reports ensuring goals and met and exceeded.
- Act as a key liaison reporting directly to the manager and above contributing to operational strategy.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing player acquisition and retention strategies.
- Language proficiency in Japanese/Korean/Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality ad service industry.
