Virtual Assistant - Front Desk Administrator
Schedule:
Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations and patient communications
Manage insurance claims processing as they come in
Process patient payments and billing
Support client retention initiatives and patient engagement
Conduct patient check-up calls and follow-ups
Perform administrative tasks and back-office support
Potentially make outreach calls to reactivate former patients
Handle general administrative duties to support clinic operations
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare or medical administrative roles preferred
Strong communication skills for patient interactions
Familiarity with insurance claims processing and medical billing
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
HIPAA compliance training and understanding of healthcare privacy requirements
Proficiency with CRM systems and healthcare management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with phone-based patient communications
Scope:
Part-time position: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day Monday-Friday)
Virtual/remote work arrangement
Healthcare industry focus with chiropractic clinic specialization
Direct integration into existing clinic team and systems
