Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (Carlsbad CA Time)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Our client is seeking a Client Services Data Admin Assistant to handle review dispute management across multiple online platforms. This role is entirely back-end focused no direct client interaction and plays a key part in maintaining the clients online reputation by ensuring illegitimate reviews are identified disputed and removed efficiently.


Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and record any negative reviews removed daily.

  2. Stay up-to-date with directory platforms (e.g. Google Yelp Facebook) and their review policies.

  3. Mark removed reviews accurately in Salesforce each day.

  4. Maintain thorough and organized daily notes in Salesforce.

  5. Report issues or challenges to the Client Services Manager daily.

  6. Ensure client information is accurately updated in Salesforce.

  7. Assist with overflow or additional client tasks as assigned.

  8. Dispute illegitimate negative reviews on multiple platforms.

  9. Work proactively within assigned time zones and deadlines.

  10. Consistently achieve performance goals e.g. removing 400 negative comments/photos every two weeks.

Nice to have: Canva skills and AI proficiency are a plus.



Requirements
  • Excellent English comprehension reading and writing skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes

  • Computer savvy with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM

  • Proficient with online tools and platforms

  • Professional organized and customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
