Schedule:
35 hours per week with flexible scheduling throughout the day
Core operational hours potentially 10am-2pm with additional tasks distributed flexibly
Time zone - EDT - Orlando USA
Transfer and manage data between Square payment processing HubSpot CRM and GroupMe communication platforms
Create deals in HubSpot when invoices are paid and set up corresponding customer communication channels
Copy and paste deal details including pickup addresses drop-off addresses and transport specifics between systems
Update trip statuses manually based on driver communications using color-coded system (rednot started bluein progress greendelivered)
Answer customer service calls on dedicated 800 number line and provide support to existing clients
Proactively call customers to confirm transport details and assist with platform setup and navigation
Handle urgent situations such as transport incidents and compile detailed reports for management review
Conduct morning status reviews and update approximately 30 weekly trips based on previous days activities
Create and manage GroupMe group chats including clients drivers and management for each transport
Filter and prioritise tasks based on trip statuses and customer needs
Strong English communication skills with confidence in client-facing phone conversations
Previous customer service experience particularly with voice/phone support
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Common sense decision-making abilities and capacity to work independently
Process-oriented mindset with ability to follow systematic workflows
Technical aptitude for working with multiple software platforms simultaneously
HubSpot CRM experience strongly preferred
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
Self-motivated with minimal supervision requirements
Full Time
