Stolt Tankers a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist in transporting bulk liquids: Chemicals clean petroleum products vegetable oils biofuels and oleochemicals. What you will be doing
As ourTravel Coordinator you will be responsible for the travel arrangement of all Filipino on-signers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Operations Manager Sr Crewing Officer and Crewing Officers on all matters related to travel
Book flights of approved on-signers in coordination with ATPI
Sending of crew particulars and visa/OTB requirements to agents
Monitor the flight arrangement and make necessary changes when needed
Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
College graduate of any four-year course.
Five years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in travel coordination
Computer and internet literate
Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate effectively with seafarers and other relevant parties.
