Job Summary

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Log into Corebridge our online workspace and review allocated design jobs.
Work within FlexiSign (similar to Illustrator/Photoshop; training provided) to design signage based on provided instructions and assets.
Open proof page templates download logos/photos and prepare assets.
Resize photos and artwork to final production size.
Create signage designs with supplied logos/artwork.
Vectorize customer logos where required (when suitable files are not available).
Ensure all artwork is prepared in outline/vector format where needed.
Add accurate descriptions and job details to proofs.
Upload and send proofs to clients via Corebridge and manage any requested revisions.
Prepare prepress or cutting files according to internal print specifications.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth job handover and completion.

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience with FlexiSign is preferred.
Strong understanding of layout typography and vector-based artwork.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field required. 2+ years of experience in marketing administration or data management roles. Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM, with proven experience in data handling, tagging, and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities, able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
