APAC Program Marketing Specialist - Manila Philippines
Genesys is seeking an APAC Program Marketing Specialist to execute scalable high impact programs that drive pipeline generation and brand engagement across the region. This role will focus on managing customer events online campaigns and regional webinar programs that fuel demand and accelerate growth.
You will collaborate closely with country marketing leads customer marketing and sales teams to align online and in-person experiences ensuring every campaign contributes to our regional business objectives.
Manage and execute a calendar of scalable APAC webinars online events and digital campaigns
Partner with the Customer Success team to support seminars advocacy activities and customer engagement programs.
Work with country marketing leads to ensure online initiatives complement and extend live and field events.
Serve as the primary owner of internal marketing communications ensuring regional alignment and visibility of programs and results.
Measure campaign effectiveness providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Experience: at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
Ability to execute scalable programs that align to pipeline goals and regional business priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear internal and external messaging.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable operating in a diverse multi-country environment and adapting global programs for regional relevance.
Collaborative proactive and committed to contributing to the Genesys culture of innovation and customer obsession.
