This is a remote position.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- First 2 weeks training - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST with 30 min unpaid break
- Individual schedules will be announced after training (40 paid hours a week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic sales operations to meet and exceed company targets

- Close high-value deals while maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Handle sensitive health information with utmost care adhering to strict privacy protocols
- Utilize secure state-of-the-art software systems for efficient sales operations
- Collaborate with a global team to share best practices and drive company growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to expand market reach
Requirements
- Candidates to submit video recordings introducing themselves
- Proven sales experience or strong aptitude for sales preferably in healthcare or related fields
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong reliable internet connection with backup options to ensure uninterrupted client interactions
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and willingness to learn new secure software platforms
- Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced evolving industry
- Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- English speaking and experience exceeding sales targets**
