Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 20 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 4 hrs/day - flexible between 1pm to 6pm PST

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails from financial advisors maintaining the highest standards of communication.
  • Prepare and design client presentation materials.
  • Review transcripts to identify and extract key discussion points.
  • Track and categorize the stages of potential sales deals.

Requirements
  • Exceptional command of the English language with flawless grammar.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy with zero errors.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to seek clarification immediately when needed.
  • Proficiency in GSuite tools (Docs Slides Sheets Calendar etc.).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of how loans work
Highly regarded experience and knowledge
  • Experience and knowledge in data analysis
