This established company operates at the forefront of real estate marketing with an in-house print shop and comprehensive marketing programs that directly drive agent success. You ll be part of a close-knit marketing team of four professionals who create impactful campaigns that help real estate agents connect with their communities and grow their businesses. Job Description:
Step into an exciting role where your creative designs directly impact real estate professionals success across Tennessee. You ll craft compelling custom marketing materials for a thriving real estate brokerage specializing in neighborhood-targeted postcard campaigns and print shop materials. This position offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and structured collaboration with daily team check-ins to prioritize projects and ensure your designs meet the fast-paced demands of the real estate industry. You ll gain valuable expertise in compliance-driven design work while contributing to marketing campaigns that help agents build their businesses and connect with their communities.
Responsibilities
- Part-time: 4 hours per day 5 days per week (20 hours total)
- Fixed schedule: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Client Timezone: Central Time (Tennessee)

Responsibilities
- Create completely custom postcard designs for agent neighborhood farming campaigns each tailored to specific target areas
- Design various marketing materials for the company s in-house print shop operations
- Develop social media posts and potentially magazine layouts to support agent marketing efforts
- Participate in daily 10-15 minute priority-setting calls with the marketing team to align on urgent projects
- Handle occasional administrative tasks such as data entry to support team operations
- Ensure all designs meet Tennessee real estate compliance requirements including proper name sizing and mandatory elements
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations while maintaining high design quality
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Canva (primary design platform used daily)
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn and apply Tennessee real estate compliance laws to design work
- Understanding of proper sizing requirements and mandatory elements for compliant marketing materials
- Excellent communication skills for daily collaboration and feedback sessions
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while following specific design guidelines
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects
- Flexibility to handle both creative design work and occasional administrative tasks as needed
