Job Description

The Growth Associate will be responsible for conversion of all leads by ensuring that the prospective clients registers pays and has all necessary information needed to thrive in the learning program.

Job Description

* Support the team to ensure that the company is on top of its game with its strategic initiatives.

* Support the team to create a detailed plan on how each initiative will be implemented and ensures proper

execution.

* Make calls to prospective and potential clients educate them about the learning programs and convert them to our training schools.

* Support in conducting consultation sessions marketing sessions like Twitter space etc.

* Be actively involved in the social media marketing of activities for the training school and help build a strategic relationship.

* Represent the company at low-level strategic meetings.

* Manage internal relationships to drive program success

Requirements

Academic Qualification and Experience Required

* HND/BSC Graduate

* 1- 2 years prior experience in Tele Sales is a MUST.

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Decision making skills

* Strong communication skills

* Entrepreneurial Spirit Impact Focus

* Ability to work with less supervision.

Benefits

Net Pay: 60000 plus Commission on Sales when you meet the target

Ideal candidate MUST have a functioning Laptop.

Location: Omole Phase 2 Ojodu Berger Lagos.
