We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to join our HR Department.
In this role you will take responsibility for ensuring that our workplace remains safe compliant and aligned with all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will lead workplace inspections risk assessments and incident investigations maintaining accurate documentation and reporting to both management and external authorities.
Working closely with HR Facilities and Security you will support the implementation of control measures coordinate training and contribute to building a culture of safety and awareness across the organisation.
This position requires strong knowledge of compliance standards the ability to manage audits and safety drills effectively and a commitment to safeguarding employee well-being at work.
Qualifications :
Certifications in occupational health and safety are preferred; if not held we will provide paid certified training.
A natural inclination towards safety and risk awareness with genuine interest in the field.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
