Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage engaging localized content (text images video campaigns) that connects with Kenyan consumers.
- Oversee brand presence across platforms (Facebook Instagram X/Twitter LinkedIn TikTok YouTube etc.).
- Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing sales and design) to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives relevant to Kenya.
- Optimize paid social campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends in Kenya to inform strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 3- 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing Preferable with a focus on the Kenyan market.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite Google Analytics Hootsuite etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with cultural sensitivity to Kenyan audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and paid campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
