A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to strengthen commercial department within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. With over 30 years of industry presence this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency innovation and client success offering a broad range of CFD products including forex commodities indices and more.
Location: On-site Nigeria
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Specialist your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Build strong strategic relationships with both new and existing clients
Manage a well-structured sales pipeline with clear measurable goals
Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
Track performance stay accountable and drive results
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience preferably in financial services or investment products. Having a book of clients is highly advantageous.
- Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to closing. Skilled in negotiation client engagement and solution selling.
- Articulate persuasive and confident in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Advanced in English both written and verbal. Additional language would be an advantage.
- CRM literacy is a plus attention to detail is a must.
