Job Description

You will be expected to work as a manager of a maintenance team for internal system enhancement projects at the Japanese subsidiary of a major foreign insurance company.

Main Duties:
- Act as the person responsible for team expansion including proposal activities to clients and coordination among stakeholders
- Manage resources and promote optimization of work processes in the team s daily operations
- Plan and implement talent development programs in line with the client s business strategy
- Acquire expertise in offshore operations to strengthen coordination and improve efficiency between on-site and off-site teams
- As a project manager oversee progress management resource allocation and problem-solving support for each project

Required Skills / Experience:
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level or equivalent Japanese ability to independently handle client communication
- 5 years of team leader experience (bridge SE experience preferred)
- Risk management skills and logical problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to give advice proactively and proposals to clients
