Job Description

Job Summary: This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional looking to make a strategic impact on the business and the employee experience. You will be driving strategic HR initiatives aligning them with business objectives to enhance organizational performance. This role focuses on talent management employee engagement employee connects and fostering a positive work culture. As the HRBP you will partner with Delivery Heads and employees to implement HR strategies resolve issues and ensure compliance. A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partner:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives supporting employee engagement career development and talent retention.
- Drive change management and initiatives to improve organizational culture and foster a positive work environment.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention:

- Drive employee engagement through regular one-on-one meetings skip-level discussions and people connects.
- Ensure new joiners have a positive onboarding experience and assist employees in transitioning between projects smoothly.
- Proactively address employee concerns conduct retention discussions and collaborate with managers to manage attrition effectively.

3. Performance Management:
- Guide managers on performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development plans.

4. Culture & Organizational Development:
- Lead initiatives to drive culture change aligning organizational values with employee competency and performance.
- Lead and execute Employee Engagement programs and Monthly Events
- Foster a culture of open communication feedback and continuous improvement to enhance employee satisfaction and business outcomes.

5. Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Continuously review HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement HR process automation and system enhancements.

6. Employee Relations & Support:
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers addressing grievances resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or grievances.

7. Reporting & Analytics:
- Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support workforce planning.
- Generate actionable insights on HR metrics such as attrition engagement and talent development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
- Master s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in HRBP role with a preference for candidates who have worked at least 2 years in a tech start-up environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management employee engagement and performance management.
