David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Business Development Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage potential business partners or affiliates. Oversee their onboarding process and maintain strong long-term relationships to support mutual growth and business success.
- Design and implement initiatives aimed at expanding and retaining the partner network. Set performance goals and key metrics and provide tailored support to optimize engagement and productivity.
- Deliver regular training sessions to ensure partners stay informed on company offerings tools and relevant market updates. Monitor performance using data-driven KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all partner-related activities meet regulatory and company standards. Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct among partners.
- Liaise with internal departmentsincluding Marketing Sales and Complianceto deliver aligned and consistent support for partners. Help develop promotional materials and initiatives tailored to partner needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activity and market conditions. Use insights to enhance partner programs and maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
- Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Business Finance Marketing or a related field (additional certifications from regulatory bodies are advantageous).
- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships affiliates or broker networks.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets partner management and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Sound knowledge of market operations compliance and governance standards.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
- Understanding of the operational and marketing needs of a regulated business.
