Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop process maps to illustrate workflows and improve understanding.
- Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders in requirement discussions.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Support the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Assist in the development of user acceptance testing strategies.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Communicate project updates and findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or risks.
- Ensure that solutions align with company policies and quality standards.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and lessons learned.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Experience in creating process diagrams and workflow charts.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and methods.
