Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of next-gen Testing &
QA Services in the India market. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services
sales particularly in next-gen Software Testing Quality Assurance Automation Testing
or Performance Testing. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads
nurturing client relationships and assisting in closing deals to meet revenue targets.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate and qualifying leads; Curate lists in target
segments; Identify and engage potential clients (enterprises mid-market and startups)
through cold calls emails LinkedIn and other channels.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and propose tailored Testing & QA
solutions (AI-QE Automation DevOps QA Performance Testing etc.).
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads follow-ups and opportunities in CRM (e.g.
Salesforce HubSpot).
- Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and solution demos.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing pre-sales and delivery teams to align offerings with
client needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and emerging QA
technologies.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline targets to achieve sales quotas and
contribute to business growth.


Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:
- 2 years in IT Services Sales preferably in Testing/QA services.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing (AI-QE/Automation/Performance/DevOps
QA).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Good to Have:
- Knowledge of AI/ML in Testing Test Automation tools (Selenium JIRA etc.).
- Existing network in the India IT/QA domain.
