Job Description: Sales Executive

Pawzz is an animal welfare organization committed to improving the lives of stray animals through various initiatives including food provision medical assistance rescue operations temporary shelters and sterilization drives. We leverage social media to raise awareness about issues related to animal cruelty and the overall animal ecosystem actively running multiple campaigns and adoption appeals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the fundraising efforts for Pawzz Foundation.
- Engage with potential donors corporations and community partners to build strong relationships.
- Conduct outreach campaigns through social media and other channels to disseminate information about animal welfare and the initiatives of the organization.
- Organize fundraising events and community engagement activities to support the foundations mission.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop creative materials that promote our cause.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and fundraising progress to the management team.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops related to animal welfare and fundraising techniques.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communication or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for animal welfare and commitment to the mission of Pawzz Foundation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales fundraising or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales/fundraising goals.
