Key Responsibilities -
Identify source and convert new franchise leads across targeted regions.

Manage the complete business development funnel - from lead generation and outreach to final deal closure.

Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging opportunities competitor trends and potential franchise locations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success of franchise partners.

Maintain and update CRM pipelines track follow-ups and prepare weekly performance/lead reports.
Key Requirements -
Proven experience in Business Development Lead Generation or Franchise Sales.

Good knowledge of computers social media platforms and internet research tools (e.g. Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills - both verbal and written.

Highly result-oriented hardworking and motivated by performance-driven targets.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
