Job Purpose
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Metal Mandis customer base by visiting
scrap dealers industrial units and other potential buyers/sellers of metals. The role involves
building strong relationships sourcing quality leads closing deals and ensuring smooth execution of
transactions in alignment with company standards.
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Metal Mandis customer base by visiting
scrap dealers industrial units and other potential buyers/sellers of metals. The role involves
building strong relationships sourcing quality leads closing deals and ensuring smooth execution of
transactions in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new suppliers and buyers for Metal Mandis platform.
Visit local markets industrial areas and scrap yards to promote Metal Mandi services.
Educate customers on platform features transaction process and benefits.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and onboarding targets.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Collect market intelligence on competitor rates demand trends and material availability.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely pick-up/delivery of
material.
Resolve on-ground issues and escalate complex problems to the Sales Manager.
Submit accurate daily visit reports and maintain CRM updates.
Represent Metal Mandi at trade fairs exhibitions and networking events (as required).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the metal/scrap/recycling industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently with strong time management.
Relationship-building mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office WhatsApp Business CRM tools).

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
