Fomra Housing & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. The role includes handling qualified leads conducting property presentations managing site visits and guiding clients through the entire sales process. Strong communication negotiation skills and passion for real estate sales are essential. This role is target-driven with high incentive potential.
Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Calling & Follow-UpContact potential clients from the leads database.
Qualify leads based on interest level and buying capability.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
Ensure timely follow-up and build strong rapport to drive conversions.
Understand customer requirements thoroughly.
Present suitable project options and handle pricing/terms negotiations.
Work towards closure of bookings.
Complete documentation payment follow-ups and initial formalities for booking confirmation.
After booking confirmation hand over complete client details to the CRM team for smooth post-sales support.
Maintain updated lead tracking and client follow-up records using CRM software.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports using MS Excel.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Plot/Project Sales.
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
Excellent negotiation persuasion and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or industry CRM).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
Capability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
Positive professional and customer-first attitude.
Strong local real estate market knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
