Research industry trends and incorporate innovative instructional design methodologies.
Develop e-learning content assessments and evaluation tools for blended learning programs.
Ensure curriculum aligns with organizational learning goals and client requirements.
Revise and update training materials to keep them current and relevant.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement.
Work with technology teams to integrate LMS and digital learning tools.
Support trainers with curriculum guidance and training delivery materials.
Strong knowledge of instructional design curriculum development and pedagogy.
Experience in creating classroom virtual and e-learning training content.
Familiarity with LMS platforms SCORM and digital learning tools.
Ability to conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and align content accordingly.
Excellent content writing editing and visualization skills.
Strong organizational research and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Articulate Captivate or other e-learning authoring tools.
Good communication creativity and problem-solving abilities.
