Job Summary

Assisting with data entry into the system
Handling invoices processing in the system
Upload proposal payment into the system
Handling and communicating Customer Statement of Account
Tracking customer settlement and account receivable
Reconciling bank settlement
Assisting month end closing activities

Qualifications :

Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Good understanding of verbal and written English skill
High level of accuracy efficiency and responsibility
Motivation and a strong desire to learn as much as possible
Team-player receptive to feedback and eager to learn

Additional Information :

Full-time and hybrid work arrangement paid internship for 6 months will be prioritized (September 2025 - February 2026).
The Intern should not be graduated from the University during internship period.
